环孢素又名环孢素A(cyclosporin A,CsA),是从土壤真菌中分离出来的一种强效的T细胞特异性免疫抑制剂,自20世纪80年代来被广泛用于预防器官移植后的排斥反应,成为当前主要的免疫抑制剂之一。随着对其免疫抑制作用的认识不断深入,近年来CsA亦被广泛用于治疗儿童免疫相关性疾病并取得较好疗效,但在临床应用中也出现了包括适应证、药物不良反应、药物浓度高低等问题。
