摘要
通过对中厚板复杂立体结构件产品的特性进行分析,提出基于三维信息提取焊缝特征并结合焊缝轨迹优化跟踪技术,研制出各类高效焊接自动化装备,构建可重构的流水线式快速高效自动化焊接生产线,形成具有先进水平的信息化、自动化、柔性化中厚板复杂立体结构件自主可控焊接成型技术方案,实现复杂箱型结构件程式化、规模化、现代化的高效混流生产模式。
The article analyzes the characteristics of the complex three-dimensional structural products of medium and heavy plates,proposes the extraction of weld features based on three-dimensional information and the optimization of tracking technology of weld trajectory,develops various types of efficient welding automation equipment,and builds a reconfigurable pipeline-type fast high-efficiency automated welding production line,forming an advanced level of information,automation and flexible medium-thick plate complex three-dimensional structural parts with independent and controllable welding forming technology solutions,realizing the complex,box-shaped structural parts with stylized,large-scale and modern efficient mixed-flow production mode.
