摘要
受华北平原与内蒙古高原连接带的影响,独特的地形地貌造就了河北省张家口、承德两市丰富的风能和太阳能资源。文章以此为切入点,概述了张承两市新能源电力资源的规划及开发利用现状,并针对两地风能和太阳能资源开发计划缺口提出今后两地在风能和太阳能资源开发利用方面的区域发展方向。
Under the influence of the connecting belt between the North China Plain and the Inner Mongolia Plateau, the unique topography has created the abundant wind energy and solar energy resources in Zhangjiakou and Chengde of Hebei Province. Based on this point, this paper summarizes the planning, development and utilization status of new energy power resources in Zhangjiakou-Chengde area, and puts forward the regional development direction of the development and utilization of wind energy and solar energy resources in the future.
