摘要
针对高寒地区混凝土冬季施工容易遇到冻害的问题,结合哈尔滨地铁2号线省政府站的工程案例,对该站混凝土冬季施工的保温技术进行详细介绍,主要包括混凝土施工的温度控制技术、自限温电伴热带加热技术,以及利用热的不良导体珍珠岩来隔断寒冷空气的保温技术。通过不同的环境温度对施工区域进一步划分,并且根据所划分的区域采取不同的保温技术,精准施工,降低施工成本。
In view of the problem that concrete construction is easy to encounter frost damage in winter in the frigid area,combined with the project case of Harbin Metro Line 2 provincial government station,this paper introduces the insulation technology of concrete construction in winter in detail,mainly including the temperature control technology of concrete construction,the heating technology of self limited temperature electric tracing band,and the insulation technology that uses the poor conductor perlite to block the cold air technology.In addition,the construction area is divided into different areas by different ambient temperatures,and different insulation technologies are adopted for different areas to accurately construct and reduce construction costs.
