内置分布式光纤传感的35 kV油浸式变压器研制 被引量:24

摘要 为解决变压器内精确测温需求,利用分布式传感光纤对变压器内部绕组、铁芯等处进行了布设并可满足变压器内部绝缘要求。在此基础上,采用单模光纤与多模光纤平行绕制的方案,利用布里渊扫频分析实时监测光纤在绕制时应变变化量,成功研制了一台内置分布式传感光纤的35 kV油浸自冷式变压器样机并顺利通过出厂型式试验。在温升试验中测定了变压器内部温度分布并提出了对IEC标准模型的三段线性修正模型(高低压绕组热点分别出现在了绕组高度90%与80%位置处)以及热点温度计算的通用公式。该技术可为指导变压器精细化经济运行提供参考。 In order to achieve the accurate temperature measurement in transformer,the distributed optical fiber sensor was applied along the windings and iron core,which also meets the internal insulation requirements.On this basis,adopting the scheme of parallel winding of single mode fiber and multimode fiber,and adopting the Brillouin sweep analysis to monitor the strain variation in optical fiber winding in real time,we finally developed a 35 kV oil-immersed self-cooled transformer with built-in distributed optical fiber sensor,and passed the corresponding factory type tests.In the temperature-rise test,the internal temperature distribution was measured,then a three-segment linear correction model(high and low voltage winding hotspots appear at 90%and 80%of the winding height,respectively)and a general formula for hotspot temperature calculation were proposed,and the model was compared with the IEC standard model.This technology can give a certain reference for delicately guiding the transformer economic operation.
