摘要
目的 对海军文职护士执行远海卫勤任务岗位胜任力培养进行SWOT分析.方法 运用SWOT分析法对海军文职护士执行远海卫勤任务的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行分析.结果 提出提高海军文职护士远海卫勤任务岗位胜任力培养四大策略:S-O策略、W-O策略、S-T策略、W-T策略.结论 海军文职护士结合自身所处的不同阶段,利用SWOT分析法的SO、WO、ST、WT四大发展策略,以为后期其岗位胜任力培养提供参考依据.
Objective To carry out SWOT analysis on the competency development of naval civilian nurses in remote sea medical service.Methods SWOT analysis was used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the naval civilian nurses in the task of distant sea medical service.Results Four strategies were put forward:S-O Strategy,W-O strategy,S-T strategy and W-T strategy.Conclusion The naval civilian nurses,combined with their own different stages,use the SWOT analysis of SO,WO,ST,WT four development strategies,to provide reference for their post competency training.
