四川省凉山州新型冠状病毒肺炎流行病学调查问题与对策探讨

Epidemiological Investigation of New Coronavirus Pneumonia of Liangshan Yi Automomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province

通过分析凉山州报告的13例新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例的流行病学调查报告,发现调查过程中存在基本信息不全、发病时间不准确、活动轨迹不详细等现象,揭露出培训不充分、队伍不专业、文化及习俗有差异等问题,提出加强培训、增加双语流调人员、发挥当地民族特色的措施,为今后的流行病学调查工作提供参考。

By analyzing the epidemiological investigation report of 13 confirmed cases of new coronavirus pneumonia reported in Liangshan prefecture,It was found that the basic information was incomplete,the onset time was inaccurate,and the activity track was not detailed during the investigation,Exposing problems such as inadequate training,unprofessional teams,and differences in culture and customs,Measures are proposed to strengthen training,increase bilingual personnel and give full play to local ethnic characteristics,It provides reference for future epidemiological investigation.
