智慧公安背景下社区警务协同治理模式研究

社区警务建设是公安机关主动适应社会经济发展的城市化进程,加强基层基础工作,全面提高公安机关控制社会治安能力的重要战略。传统的社区警务工作模式难以满足新形势下社区群众的新期待,也无法适应社会治理新的价值诉求。公安机关应当以智慧公安建设为依托,从完善社区警务顶层设计、健全智慧社区警务机制、夯实合作根基提升合作效能、构建警社合作可持续发展路径等方面,探索构建社区警务协同治理模式。

With the rapid development of the society,the People's Livelihood Police Service is a police service model that emerged in the historical background of the People's urgent hope and the construction of a harmonious society for the Public Security Bureau.The community management is one of the most closely related aspects of the daily life of the Public Security Bureau.The traditional mode of community policing work can not meet the new expectation of the community under the new situation,and can not adapt to the new value demand of social governance.The public security organization should rely on the construction of intelligent public security,from perfecting the top-level design of community policing,perfecting the mechanism of intelligent community policing,consolidating the foundation of cooperation,enhancing the cooperation efficiency,and constructing the path of sustainable development of police-society cooperation,etc.,exploring the construction of cooperative governance model of community policing.
