The unexpected outbreak of covid-19 tests not only first-line government organizations’mobilization competency,but also police organs’foundational work.Based on new achievements of intelligent policing development,population management departments of police agencies should actively research and judge the new situations and issues of population management during the pandemic period,and continuously endeavor to reinforce and to innovate the real population management.
