自拟萎平舒胶囊联合西药对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者血清MTL、sIL-2R及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

The effect of self-made Wei ping shu collocystis combined with mosapride on serum MTL,sIL-2R and sputum lymphocyte subsets in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis

[目的]观察萎平舒胶囊联合莫沙必利对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者血清胃动素(MTL)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。[方法]选取2016年7月~2018年5月我院收治的198例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象,使用随机表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各99例。对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上使用枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片,1片/次,3次/d;观察组患者在对照组的基础上在饭前服用萎平舒胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d。2组患者均连续治疗2周。治疗结束后评估临床疗效以及临床症状评分,收集患者静脉血检测患者血清MTL、sIL-2R水平及T淋巴细胞亚群CD4^+、CD8^+含量。[结果]观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),2组患者治疗后胃脘疼痛、嗳气、胀闷、嘈杂泛酸症状评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),与观察组治疗后比较,对照组患者治疗后各症状评分明显较高(P<0.05),治疗后对照组患者血清MTL和sIL-2R水平明显高于观察组(P<0.05),治疗后2组患者CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+明显高于治疗前,CD8^+水平则明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),与观察组治疗后比较,对照组患者治疗后CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+明显较低,而CD8^+水平较高(P<0.05)。[结论]萎平舒胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎可提高治疗总有效率,有效减轻患者症状,降低患者血清MTL和sIL-2R水平以及T淋巴细胞亚群CD8^+含量,提高患者免疫能力。

[Objective] To observe the effect of Wei ping shu collocystis combined with mosapride on serum MTL,sIL-2 R and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.[Methods]198 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to May 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with mosapride citrate tablets based on routine treatment,one tablet each time,three times a day.On the basis of the control group,the patients in the observation group took Wei ping shu collocystis three times a day before meals.Both groups of patients were treated for two weeks.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy and clinical symptom scores were evaluated.The serum MTL,sIL-2 R levels and T lymphocyte subsets including CD4^+ and CD8^+ levels were collected from patients with venous blood.[Results]The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of clinical symptom including gastroparesis,hernia,bloating and noisy pantothenic acid in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05)but the score of the control group were significantly higher after treatment than of the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MTL and sIL-2 R in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,while the levels of CD8^+ were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the observation group,the levels of CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ in the control group were significantly lower after treatment,while the levels of CD8^+ were higher(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Wei ping shu collocystis combined with mosapride in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis can improve the total effective rate,effectively alleviate the symptoms,reduce the serum levels of MTL and sIL-2 R and CD8^+ of T lymphocyte subsets and improve the immune ability of patients.
