摘要
目的测试CO2麻醉淡色库蚊、白纹伊蚊的效果,为生物测试时选择出合适的CO2通气流量和时间。方法设计不同CO2通气流量、时间分别对淡色库蚊和白纹伊蚊进行麻醉,在试虫活力和攻击力合格的情况下,找到最佳的CO2通气流量和时间组合。结果 CO2流量为400~600 ml/min,通气90~150 s对淡色库蚊麻醉效果最好,在此条件下,蚊虫5 min后恢复率为100%;CO2流量为400~500 ml/min,通气90~120 s,对白纹伊蚊麻醉效果最好,在此条件下麻醉的蚊虫8 min恢复率为100%,攻击力与空白对照组无统计学差异。结论采用控制CO2通气流量和时间,可快速麻醉淡色库蚊和白纹伊蚊。
Objective To test the effect of CO2 on the anaesthesia of Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes albopictus,and to select the appropriate CO2 ventilation flow and time for the biological test.Methods Different CO2 ventilation flow and time were designed to anestheize Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes albopictus respectively.The optimal combination of CO2 ventilation flow and time was found under the condition of qualified insect vitality and attack force.Results The CO2 ventilation flow rate 400-600 ml/min with the duration of 90-150 seconds showed optimal anesthesia effect to Culex pipiens pallens adults,which recovered 100%5 min after the anesthesia.The CO2 ventilation flow rate 400-600 ml/min with the duration of 90-120 seconds displayed optimal anesthesia effect to Aedes albopictus adults,which recovered 100%8 min after the anesthesia and held the attack ability little different to the non anesthetized Aedes.Conclusion The adults of Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes albopictus could be rapidly anesthetized under the selected CO2 flow and duration in the laboratory.
