东营市白纹伊蚊对常用化学杀虫剂的抗药性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解东营市白纹伊蚊对常用化学杀虫剂的抗药性程度,为及时调整抗药性治理策略提供理论依据。方法采用WHO推荐的接触筒法测定成蚊抗药性,采用浸液法测定幼虫抗药性。结果 2019年东营市白纹伊蚊幼虫对双硫磷、氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯的LC50分别为0.013 6、0.017 9、0.014 8和0.041 9 mg/L,抗性倍数为8.50、8.95、37.00和46.56倍。成蚊接触3.00%氯菊酯、0.50%马拉硫磷和0.05%残杀威药膜1 h后,24 h的死亡率分别为85.00%、88.57%和93.24%,呈现疑似抗性;接触0.10%溴氰菊酯、0.40%高效氯氰菊酯药膜1 h后,24 h死亡率分别为68.33%、74.67%,呈现可能抗性。结论东营市白纹伊蚊幼虫、成蚊均对测试的常用药剂产生了不同程度的抗性,建议定期开展抗药性监测,制定科学合理的抗性治理方案。 Objective To provide theoretical basis for the adjustment of insecticide resistance management strategy,resistance of Aedes albopictus to commonly used insecticides were investigated in Dongying City.Methods The resistance of adult Ae.albopictus was measured by contact tube method recommended by WHO,while the resistance of Ae.albopictus larvae was measured by impregnation method.Results In 2019,the LC50 s of temephos,permethrin,deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin were respectively 0.0136,0.0179,0.0148 and 0.0419 mg/L to Ae.Albopictus larvae,showing 8.50,8.95,37.00 and 46.56 folds resistance.The mortalities of adult Ae.albopictus were respectively 85.00%,88.57%and 93.24%when exposed to 3.00%permethrin,0.05%malathion and 0.05%propoxur for one hour,68.33%and 74.67%while exposed to 0.10%deltamethrin and 0.40%beta-cypermethrin for one hour.Conclusion Ae.albopictus had developed varying levels of resistance to commonly used insecticides in Dongying City.Carrying out regular monitoring of insecticide resistance and formulating a scientific and reasonable resistance management plan are recommended.
