摘要
目的掌握福田区白纹伊蚊种群对溴氰菊酯抗药性的现状和发展情况。方法 2014年、2016年和2018年分别在福田区采集白纹伊蚊进行0.05%溴氰菊酯生测筒接触法测试,以获得其抗药性情况。结果 2014-2018年,福田区白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯成蚊生测死亡率由90.1%降低到46.7%,由疑似产生抗性种群变为抗性种群。结论快速发展的拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂抗性已经影响到登革热的防控,需要采取及时有效的杀虫剂管理措施。
Objective To survey the current status and development of resistance of Aedes albopictus to deltamethrin in Futian District.Methods In 2014,2016 and 2018,Ae.albopictus was collected in Futian District and the adult resistance bioassays were performed using 0.05%deltamethrin recommended by WHO.Results From 2014 to 2018,the 24 h mortalitie of Aedes albopictus tested with deltamethrin in Futian District decreased from 90.1%to 46.7%.The resistance of Ae.albopictus to deltamethrin changed from sensitive to resistant within these years.Conclusion Fast emerging insecticide resistance of Ae.albopictus may affect mosquito management and prevention and control of dengue,and it is necessary to call for timely and guided insecticide management.
