摘要
为优化配置水资源,提高水资源质量,提出水资源水量水质保护的多目标耦合模型设计方法,将可供水量、需水量、水环境综合评价指数、水质总量、水量平衡作为约束条件,将生态环境效益、经济效益和社会效益作为优化目标构建水资源水量水质保护的多目标耦合模型,采用粒子群优化算法求解水资源水量水质保护的多目标耦合模型。试验结果表明,经过所提模型优化后水资源质量提高,水资源需求量降低,验证了所提方法的有效性。
In order to optimize the allocation of water resources and improve the quality of water resources,it is necessary to study the coupling model design method of water quantity and quality protection.The water supply,water demand,comprehensive evaluation index of water environment,total water quality and water balance are taken as constraints,and the ecological environment benefit,economic benefit and social benefit are taken as optimization objectives.The multi-objective coupling model design method of water resource quantity and quality protection is proposed,and the model is solved by particle swarm optimization algorithm.The experimental results show that the quality of water resources is improved and the demand of water resources is reduced by the proposed model,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
