3D打印在微创胰肠吻合模型的应用价值

Applied value of 3D printing in minimally invasive pancreaticoenterostomy model

摘要 目的评估3D打印干燥实验室模型在胰肠吻合训练中的使用价值。方法制作3D打印干燥实验室胰腺模型,邀请并交予7位国内胰腺外科领域具有较高声望的专家,应用5分制的李克特(Likert)量表由专家对本模型的视觉相似、触觉及操作体验、教育教学等方面进行综合评价,得分由均值±标准差(Mean±SD)进行统计学描述。结果模型取得了专家的较高评价[(4.43±0.79)分],所有参数评估均在3分(较为相似)以上。模型外观大小与真实组织具有较高的相似度,被认为具备较好的弹性、良好的撕扯感及突破度。结论现有3D打印胰肠吻合模型能较好模拟真实情况,可用于年轻外科医师学习训练及资质评估。 Objective To evaluate the value of 3D printed laboratory model in the training of pancreaticojejunostomy.Methods 3D printed dry laboratory pancreas model was designed and produced.Seven experts of pancreatic surgery were invited to a poll with a 5-point Likert scale to assess the visual similarity.The tactile and comprehensive evaluation of operation experience,education and teaching of the 3D model,and the scores were statistically calculated by the mean±standard deviation.Results The model achieved a high evaluation of experts(4.43±0.79),and all parameters assessed were rated 3 points(Medium degree of similarity)above.The appearance size of the model had a high similarity with the real tissue,and it was considered to have good elasticity,good sense of tearing and breakthrough degree.All experts recommended it for the training and evaluation of young surgeons.Conclusion The existing 3D printed pancreaticojejunostomy model can simulate the real situation,and it is expected to be an ideal tool for young surgeons to learn and train and to evaluate their qualifications.
