摘要
某高职城市轨道交通运营管理专业在进行现代学徒制人才培养模式改革中以落实“1+X证书”(学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书)要求为突破点,与用人单位、职业教育培训评价组织联合探索“站校交替”招生招工,以典型工作任务为核心“两主线三层次”人才培养模式,讲师、培训师、工程师“三师”发展路径,以及数字化教学管理与运行机制试点平台,以提高人才培养质量、推进人才培养模式改革。
An urban rail transit operation management in higher vocational colleges took the implementation of"1+X Certificate"(diploma+certain vocational skill level Certificate)as the breakthrough point in the reform of modern apprenticeship.They Jointly explore"station school alternate"enrollment and recruitment with employers and vocational education and training evaluation organizations,and the"two main line three levels"personnel training mode with typical tasks as the core."Lecturer,trainer,engineers"three type teachers′development path and digital teaching management and operation mechanism of experimental platform is studied to improve the quality of personnel training,and promote the reform of talent cultivation mode.
