摘要 为改善动车组制动模块的结构性能,采用蒙特卡洛法进行可靠性分析,并根据分析结果优化出满足工程实际需要的结构。首先建立制动模块的有限元模型,对其进行静强度分析,确定最大结构应力对应的工况;再利用蒙特卡洛法开展可靠性及灵敏度分析,确定对最大Von.Mises应力灵敏度较大的3个变量作为设计变量;最后,以取得最大Von.Mises应力最小值为优化目标,以设计变量的取值范围为约束条件建立优化数学模型,并利用Screening法求解。研究结果表明:优化后的结构可靠度与强度余量均有所提高,为制动模块结构改进与优化提供了理论依据。 In order to improve the structural performance of the brake module of the EMU,the Monte Carlo method is used for reliability analysis,and the structure that meets the actual needs of the project is optimized based on the analysis results.First,a finite element model of the brake module is established,and the static strength analysis is performed to determine the working conditions corresponding to the maximum structural stress.Then,the Monte Carlo method is used to make reliability and sensitivity analysis.Three variables with greater sensitivity to the maximum Von.Mises stress are determined as design variables.Finally,taking the minimum value of the Von.Mises stress as the optimization goal,and the range of the design variables as the constraints,the optimization mathematical model is established and solved by the Screening method.The research results show that the reliability and strength margin of the optimized structure are improved,which provides a theoretical basis for the structural improvement and optimization of the brake module.
