摘要
为充分利用磁致伸缩材料的高频微位移特性,设计了一种基于主动阀配流的轴向双磁致伸缩泵驱动的电静液作动器(Dual Magnetostrictive Axial Plunger Pumps-based Electro-hydrostatic Actuator,DMAEHA)。磁致伸缩泵为整个作动系统提供驱动能源,由磁致伸缩材料驱动活塞实现吸、排油,具有高频、微流量的特性。设计了一种新型的主动配流阀,将磁致伸缩泵在高频下的吸入和排出的微量油液进行整流,进而获得大的流量输出,通过控制可以实现作动器的双向连续位移输出。实验结果表明:在驱动频率为180 Hz时,空载、300 N载荷条件下,作动器最大输出流量分别为2.7 L·min^-1与1.1 L·min^-1。
In order to make full use of the high frequency and micro-displacement characteristics of magnetostrictive materials;a dual magnetostrictive axial plunger pumps-based electro-hydrostatic actuator(DMAEHA)based on active rectification valve is designed.The magnetostrictive pump uses giant magnetostrictive materials(GMM)to drive the piston to absorb and discharge oil;which provides driving energy for whole actuation system;and has the characteristics of high frequency and micro flow.A new type of active rectification valve is designed;which can rectify the small amount of oil absorbed and discharged from the magnetostrictive pump at high frequency;and then obtain a large flow output.Finally;the bidirectional continuous displacement output of the actuator can be realized through the control.The experiments indicate that the maximum flow rate can reach approximately 2.7 L·min^-1 and 1.1 L·min^-1 under the condition of 0 and 300 N;respectively;while the operating frequency is 180 Hz.
