介质压缩性对高压柱塞泵间隙泄漏的影响 被引量:9

摘要 密封是影响高压柱塞泵可靠运行的关键因素。首先,建立柱塞组件数学模型,对柱塞组件的动态泄漏量与容积效率进行理论分析与计算;其次,为揭示水的压缩性对柱塞泵泄漏量与容积效率的影响机理,利用Fluent对以水为介质的高压柱塞泵的柱塞组件内部流场进行仿真分析。结果表明:随着压力增大,水的可压缩性对间隙泄漏的影响程度呈非线性增大,当压力超过50 MPa时,其影响程度变得更大。该研究方法与结果为设计水为介质的高压径向柱塞泵的间隙密封提供了理论依据。 Sealing is a key factor affecting the reliable operation of high pressure plunger pumps.First;a mathematical model of the plunger assembly is established to theoretically analyze and calculate the dynamic leakage and volumetric efficiency of the plunger assembly.Secondly;in order to reveal the influence mechanism of water compressibility on the leakage and volumetric efficiency of plunger pumps;Fluent is used to simulate the internal flow field of the plunger assembly of the high pressure plunger pump with water as the medium.The results show that as the pressure increases;the degree of influence of water compressibility on gap leakage increases non-linearly;and when the pressure exceeds 50 MPa;the degree of influence becomes greater.The research method and results provide a theoretical basis for designing the gap seal of a high-pressure radial piston pump with water as the medium.
