摘要 为了提升钢筋连接件装箱过程的自动化程度,进而提高装箱效率,依据钢筋连接件自身特点,设计了一种基于PLC的钢筋连接件自动装箱的设备。根据装箱过程中所需实现的动作,设计了该设备的机械结构与气动系统,描述了钢筋连接件自动上料、装箱的整个工作过程,在此基础上对控制系统的硬件与软件进行设计。该装箱设备操作简单,运行平稳、可靠,既保证了装箱的准确度,又减少了人员操作,提高装箱效率。 In order to improve the automation and efficiency of rebar connection sleeves boxing;combined with the characteristics of rebar connection sleeves;an automatic boxing equipment of rebar connection sleeves is designed based on PLC control technology.According to the actions required during the boxing process;the mechanical structure and pneumatic system of the equipment are designed;and the entire working process of automatic loading and boxing of the rebar connection sleeves is described.On this basis;delta DVP58ES200T PLC is selected to further design the hardware and software of the control system.The equipment is simple;stable and reliable to operate;which not only ensures the accuracy of boxing;but also reduces manual operations and improves boxing efficiency.
