摘要 在智能船舶智能机舱检验过程中,为了检验机舱设备运行维护过程,需开展智能机舱设备视情维护评价。分析《智能船舶规范》和《船舶智能机舱检验指南》对于智能机舱和机舱设备视情维护检验过程,构建了视情维护评价指标体系,建立了评价模型。建立的机舱设备视情维护评价模型可以用于智能船舶智能机舱视情维护评价。 In the process of intelligent engine room inspection of intelligent ships,in order to inspect the operation and maintenance process of engine room equipment,it is necessary to carry out condition-based maintenance evaluation of intelligent engine room equipment.Based on the analysis of the inspection process of intelligent engine room and equipment in condition-based maintenance of intelligent ship specifications and inspection guidelines of ship intelligent engine room,the evaluation index system of condition-based maintenance was constructed,and the maintenance evaluation model was established.The evaluation model of engine room equipment condition-based maintenance can be used for intelligent ship intelligent engine room condition-based maintenance evaluation.
