摘要
针对某双体高速客船在试航过程中,舵机舱出现金属切割的声音,经排查,排除了轴和轴承等的问题,最终将此种异响定性为螺旋桨桨鸣。通过采用对螺旋桨随边进行修整的措施,异响现象有所改善;保留消音线,更换更大侧斜角的螺旋桨,异响消失。
The metal cutting sound appears in the rudder cabin of a catamaran ferry during sea trial.After trouble shooting,the problems of the shaft and the bearing were eliminated,the abnormal noise was finally characterized as the propeller singing.The abnormal noise was improves by trimming the trailing edgy of the propeller.And by retaining the silence line and replacing the propeller with a larger skew angle,the abnormal sound finally disappeared.
