伊里亚·查夫查瓦则是格鲁吉亚伟大的诗人、小说家、评论家和社会活动家,却由于生平资料和汉译作品稀缺,一直鲜为人知。从目前仅能找到的小说《他是人吗?》及其部分诗作分析,查夫查瓦则的文学创作与他特殊的成长经历和教育背景密不可分,反映在作品上所体现出来的艺术特点与俄国先进民主思想引导下的文学风格相似,都带有强烈的爱国主义和革命主义情怀。对于伊里亚·查夫查瓦则的文本分析只是一次尝试性的探索,它无疑会填补查夫查瓦则及其作品评论的空白,进而为格鲁吉亚文学乃至世界文学研究领域开拓新的学术空间。

■ was a great poet,novelist,critic and social activist in Georgia.However,due to the scarcity of life materials and Chinese translation works,he has hardly been known.From the novel"Is He a Human Being?"which we can find now,his literary creation was closely related to his special growing experience and educational background.The artistic characteristics reflected in his works were similar to the literary style guided by the advanced democratic thought of Russia,and all had strong feelings of patriotism and revolutionism.It is only a tentative exploration for the text analysis of ■,which will undoubtedly to fill in the blank of ■ and his works comments,and then open up a new academic space for the research of georgian literature and even the world literature.
