Analysis on Common Problems of Supports and Hangers of Denitration Flue in Coal-fired Power Plant

近年来,燃煤电厂脱硝烟道安全事故频发,给发电企业造成了巨大的经济损失。结合7家电厂脱硝系统烟道隐患排查结果,对烟道支吊架常见问题进行了归纳总结,对支吊架故障产生原因进行了分析并给出处理建议,为燃煤电厂技术人员开展日常维护工作提供参考。

In recent years,there were frequent safety accidents in denitration flue of coal-fired power plants,which caused huge economic losses to power generation enterprises.The common problems of the flue supports and hangers were summarized,combined with the investigation results of hidden dangers in the flue of denitration system in 7 coal-fired power plants.The causes of the failures of the supports and hangers were analyzed and the treatment suggestions were given,which could provide reference for the technical personnel of coal-fired power plants to carry out daily maintenance work.
