摘要 文中根据现场节能监察工作的实际和相关要求,创新工作机制,提出利用移动互联网、物联网、云计算等技术,展开“互联网+节能监察”模式的智慧节能监察系统的研究,并运用互联网、云计算技术提升节能监察能力,统一执法文书,规范执法程序,减少繁琐计算,降低工作失误,提高监察效率,利用智慧节能监察系统借助信息化技术手段来推进节能监察工作的执法程序、核算标准、技术规范的有效统一。 Based on the actual and relevant requirements of on-site energy-saving monitoring work,this article innovates the working mechanism,proposes to use mobile Internet,Internet of Things,cloud computing and other technologies to start a research on the“Internet+energy-saving monitoring”model of intelligent energy-saving monitoring system,and uses the Internet,cloud computing technology improves energy-saving monitoring capabilities,unifies law enforcement documents,standardizes law enforcement procedures,reduces cumbersome calculations,reduces work errors,and improves monitoring efficiency,and uses smart energy-saving monitoring systems to promote the law-enforcement procedures,accounting standards,and technology of energy-saving monitoring by means of information technology the effective uniformity of norms.
