摘要
聚乙烯尾气回收工艺回收的氮气中含有少量的氢气,其不仅影响聚乙烯产品质量,还增加循环使用的安全隐患。采用微型管式催化剂评价装置,考察了反应条件(温度、空速、压力以及乙烷存在)对XNY-04型脱氢催化剂活性的影响。研究结果表明,当反应温度70~200℃、空速2000~3000h^(-1)、反应压力0.5~1.4MPa时,催化脱氢后的气体中氢的体积分数不大于0.1%,催化剂表现出优良的脱氢性能。
There exists a small amount of hydrogen in the recycled nitrogen recovered from the polyethylene tail gas,which not only affects the quality of polyethylene products,but also increases the safety risks of recycling the nitrogen.The effect of reaction conditions including temperature,space velocity,pressure and the presence of ethane on the activity of XNY-04 dehydrogenation catalyst was investigated by using a micro tubular catalyst evaluation device.The results showed that under the reaction conditions:temperature of 70-200℃,space velocity of 2000-3000h-1 and the reaction pressure of 0.5-1.4MPa,the volume percentage of hydrogen in the gas after catalytic dehydrogenation was not more than 0.1%.The XNY-04 catalyst exhibited excellent dehydrogenation performance.
