摘要
引入了一种全新的天然气脱蜡工艺,并将其加入到脱水脱烃工艺。通过计算分析与全面对比,确定新工艺应用于天然气处理是可行的,有效降低原料气的析蜡温度,外输干气烃、水露点分别仅上升0.28℃、0.3℃,另外优选博孜3凝析油作为最佳吸收剂,并确定吸收剂的注入量1200kg/h,吸收剂的损失量仅为当前脱蜡工艺的32.87%,加注成本可降低67.13%。
A novel natural gas dewaxing process was introduced and added to the dehydration-dehydrocarbon process.Through calculation,analysis and comprehensive comparison,it is confirmed that the new process is feasible for natural gas treatment.It can effectively reduce the wax deposition temperature of raw gas,and the hydrocarbon and water dew points of the exported dry gas only increases by 0.28℃and 0.3℃,respectively.In addition,Bozi 3 condensate is selected as the best absorbent,and the optimal injection amount of absorbent is determined to be 1200kg/h.The new process gives a absorbent loss of only 32.87%of the existing dewaxing process,and the cost of injecting absorbent is reduced by 67.13%.
