摘要
撬装天然气液化装置占地少、现场安装简单、容易移动,非常适合如边远、小、散气井气等小型气源的就地液化回收。本研究利用Aspen HYSYS流程模拟软件,以3万Nm^3/d的撬装装置为例,对带预冷和不带预冷的液化流程从能耗、循环水量等方面进行模拟分析。结果表明:尽管不带预冷的液化流程能耗稍高(比带预冷的液化流程高0.05~0.1kWh/Nm^3),但流程更简化,减小了设备体积,降低了设备投资,减少了装置安装和运输的时间和费用,突显了装置移动性强、适应性强的优点。
The skid mounted natural gas liquefaction unit has the advantages of less footprint, simple on-site installation and easy to move, which is very suitable for on-site liquefaction of natural gas from the small scale gas resources, such as the remote,small and scattered gas wells. Taking the skid-mounted unit with a capacity of 30000 Nm^3/d as an example, Aspen HYSYS process simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the liquefaction procedures with or without pre-cooling from the aspects of energy consumption and circulating water volume. The results show that the energy consumption of the liquefaction procedure without precooling is slightly higher(0.05-0.1 kWh/Nm^3 higher than that of the procedure with pre-cooling), but it is simpler, and is lower in the volume and investment of equipment and less in the time and cost for installation and transportation of device, which highlights its better mobility and stronger adaptability.
