摘要 优化天然气脱硫的工艺参数对于降低能耗有重要意义。利用HYSYS软件对MDEA富液进塔温度、MDEA循环量、重沸器回流比进行模拟,分析出其变化规律。以重沸器能耗为目标函数,基于二次回归正交试验构建了以MDEA富液进塔温度、MDEA循环量、回流比三个因素和目标函数的回归方程,并利用Excel相关工具求出最优解。其结果表明:本次回归方程拟合较好,选取优化后的参数,在保证天然气中H2S含量符合二类天然气标准的情况下,重沸器能耗降低了32.5%。 Optimizing the process parameters of natural gas desulfurization is important for reducing energy consumption.HYSYS software was used to simulate the MDEA rich liquid inlet temperature,MDEA circulation and reboiler reflux ratio,and the change rule was analyzed.Taking the reboiler energy consumption as the objective function,the regression equations of MDEA rich liquid inlet temperature,MDEA circulation and reflux ratio and the objective function were constructed based on quadratic regression orthogonal tests,and the optimal solution was obtained by using the relevant tools of Excel.The results showed that the regression equation was well fitted,and the energy consumption of the reboiler was reduced by 32.5%under the optimized parameters and the content of H2S in the purified natural gas meeting the standard of class II natural gas.
