摘要 缠绕管式换热器是一种高效的换热器,对其传热特性的研究正越来越深入。由于螺旋状换热管以及管外不规则的流域,使得换热器的传热过程十分复杂。本文总结了缠绕管式换热器的加工方法、强化传热的方式,概述了近年缠绕管式换热器壳程以及管程传热模型的研究进展,并对其中代表性的传热模型进行同工况计算和分析。此外,还介绍了缠绕管式换热器的新型结构。最后,指出当前缠绕管式换热器传热研究中存在的问题和未来需关注的方向。 Spiral wound tube heat exchanger is a kind of efficient heat exchanger,and the research on its heat transfer characteristics is more and more in-depth.Because of the spiral tube and irregular drainage outside the tube,the heat transfer process of this kind of heat exchanger is very complicated.In this paper,the processing methods,the heat transfer enhancement methods and the research progress of heat transfer models of shell side and tube side of spiral wound tube heat exchanger are summarized.Some typical heat transfer models are calculated and analyzed under the same working conditions.In addition,some novel types of this kind of heat exchanger are introduced.Finally,the existing heat transfer problems and the future development direction of this kind of heat exchanger are pointed out.
