浅谈大中型水利水电工程移民安置验收

Discussion on Resettlement Acceptance of Large and Medium-sized Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering

移民安置验收是大中型水利水电工程验收的重要组成部分。结合大中型水利水电工程的特点,总结了移民安置验收的现状和存在问题,建议建立科学合理的移民安置验收评价指标体系,统一移民安置验收标准、适当简化移民安置验收程序,加强移民安置验收管理,以促进水利水电工程移民安置验收工作的创新发展。

The resettlement acceptance is an important component of the acceptance of large and medium-sized water resources and hydropower engineering.According to the characteristics of large and medium-sized water resources and hydropower engineering,the current situation and existing problems of resettlement acceptance are summarized.It is suggested to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of resettlement acceptance,unify the standard of resettlement acceptance,appropriately simplify the procedures of resettlement acceptance and strengthen the management of resettlement acceptance in order to promote the innovative development of resettlement acceptance of water resources and hydropower engineering.
