浙江省被征地农民社会保障制度在水利水电移民安置中的实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of the Social Security System for Land-expropriated Farmers in Zhejiang Province in the Resettlement of Water Resources and Hydropower Project

在分析浙江省水利水电工程建设征地移民安置特点的基础上,结合国家和浙江省的有关政策规定以及近年来部分水利水电工程实例,系统阐述社会保障安置这一新型移民安置方式在浙江省水利水电工程建设征地移民安置中的适用性,并提出相关结论和建议。

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of land acquisition and resettlement for the construction of water resources and hydropower projects in Zhejiang Province,combined with national policies and provincial regulations and some related cases of water resources and hydropower projects in recent years,the applicability of the new resettlement way by adopting social security system in the resettlement of water resources and hydropower project construction in Zhejiang Province is systematically elaborated,and the relevant conclusions and recommendations are put forward.
