基于美丽乡村的水库移民居民点规划设计的思考

Thinking on the Planning and Design of Reservoir Resettlement Based on“The Beautiful Countryside”

随着大中型水利水电工程项目的开工建设,水库移民工作进入关键时期,如何利用好水库移民搬迁安置的契机,结合美丽乡村建设要求,把水库移民居民点都建设成为未来的美丽乡村是每个移民工作者的共同愿望。在分析美丽乡村内涵以及水库移民居民点规划设计现状的基础上,提出根据地形定用地标准、合理设计住宅方案、合理设置山区道路坡度限值和规划设置要求、明确乡村经济发展动力源等4个方面的设想,为水库移民居民点规划设计提供新的选择方案。

In the construction of large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects,the reservoir resettlement is a key project.How to make good use of the opportunities of reservoir resettlement to build the settlement site of reservoir resettlement into beautiful countryside combined with the requirements of beautiful countryside construction in the future is the common wish of every personnel engaged in resettlement.By analyzing the connotation of“The Beautiful Countryside”and the situation of the settlement site planning and design of reservoir resettlement,the ideas from four aspects of determining land use standard according to the terrain,designing reasonable housing scheme,setting reasonable slope limit of mountain road and design requirements,and clearing the power sources of rural economy development are proposed for providing new option to the settlement site planning and design of reservoir resettlement.
