摘要
教师培训是教师自我成长的历程,教师远程培训的效果如何,直接取决于其与机构网络平台相互作用的程度。要想远程培训更加有效,就要从运筹帷幄、精准实施、评估保障三个层面做起。
Teacher training is the process of teachers' self-development.The effect of distance training for teachers is directly determined by the degree of interaction between distance training for teachers and institutional network platform.In order to make distance training more effective,it is necessary to start from three aspects:mapping out a strategy,precise implementation and evaluation guarantee.
