摘要
通过Nvivo软件对高职L校十名Y市乡村实习教师实习月报进行质性分析发现,学生学情与教学环境的强烈“现实冲击”以及实习教师本身教学初始技能的不足是实习教师主要面临的专业成长困惑。实习教师应通过请教校外指导教师、集体教研及自我摸索等途径构建专业成长。基于此研究发现,建议通过提升师范生专业技能,加强实习教师心理干预,完善实习环境制度来推动乡村实习教师的专业发展。
Through the qualitative analysis of the monthly report of 10 rural student teachers from L College by Nvivo software,it is found that the major confusion of the professional development faced by student teachers is the strong“reality shock”about the students' learning situation and the teaching environment,as well as the inadequacy of the initial teaching skills.The student teachers should build up their professional development by consulting teachers outside the college,attending collective teaching and research meetings and self-exploration.Based on the findings of this study,it is suggested to enhance the professional skills of normal university students,strengthen the psychological intervention,and improve the practice environment and system,so as to promote the professional development of rural student teachers.
