加盖铁水罐自动操作系统的研制

Study and Manufacture of Automatic Operation System of Hot Metal Ladle with Cover

针对加盖铁水罐开、关盖作业程序繁杂,在插拨插头时存在安全隐患,以及需在调车场集结,作业时间长,影响高炉配罐时间和炼钢铁水运行等现状,结合运输作业需要和现场环境实际,自行研制加盖罐自动取电和操作系统,实现操作人员与电源隔离、取配罐与开关罐同步作业、缩短开关盖时间、达到最佳保温效果等目的。

In view of the problems such as complex operation procedures for opening and closing the hot metal ladle cover,potential danger in inserting and unplugging the electrical plug,too many hot metal ladles in shunting yard,long operation time,untimely providing hot metal ladles to tapping iron,and not supplying hot metal to steelmaking in time,with the help of the other departments of management and production,on the basis of characteristics of hot metal transportation and actual conditions in field,an automatic operation system for opening and closing the cover,which can automatically get electricity,is designed and manufactured so that the goals such as making an operator far from electricity,opening and closing the cover by remote control,taking out and matching hot metal ladles synchronously,shortening the time taken for opening and closing the cover,best preserving the heat of hot metal are achieved.
