动脉介入与射频消融治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的效果

Clinical Evaluation of Transcatheter Arterial Intervention Combined With Radiofrequency Ablation for Hepatic Malignancies

目的探究经动脉介入联合超声下射频消融治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的临床效果。方法选择2018年5月—2019年5月本院收治的90例肝脏恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各45例。对照组采用肝动脉化疗栓塞术(transarterial chemoembolization,TACE)治疗,研究组在此基础上联合超声下射频消融治疗。对比两组临床疗效,以及治疗前后甲胎蛋白(alphafetoprotein,AFP)值的变化。结果研究组治疗的总有效率为66.67%高于对照组44.44%(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组AFP值低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论TACE联合超声下射频消融治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤疗效可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of transcatheter arterial infusion combined with ultrasound in the treatment of hepatic malignancies. Methods Ninety patients with hepatic malignancies admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method, 45 cases each. The control group was treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE), and the study group was combined with radiofrequency ablation under ultrasound. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, as well as the changes in alphafetoprotein(AFP) values before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 66.67% higher than that of the control group(44.44%)(P < 0.05). After treatment, the AFP value of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.01). Conclusion TACE combined with ultrasound radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of hepatic malignancies is reliable.
