骨盆矫正结合体外冲击波治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Pelvic Correction Combined With Extracorporeal Shock Wave in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨骨盆矫正结合体外冲击波治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法纳入2018年1月—2019年6月在本院收治符合腰椎间盘突出症诊断的患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采取骨盆矫正+体外冲击波治疗,对照组采取骨盆矫正+普通针刺治疗,观察治疗前后下腰痛评分法(M-JOA)评分,并比较两组方法的临床疗效。结果两组治疗后JOA评分明显改善,且治疗组的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率100%,明显优于对照组的总有效率90.0%(P<0.05)。结论骨盆矫正结合体外冲击波治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效优于骨盆矫正结合普通针刺。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of pelvic correction combined with extracorporeal shock wave on lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 60 patients with a diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were included and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 30 cases each.The treatment group was received pelvic correction+extracorporeal shock wave treatment,and the control group was received pelvic correction+ordinary acupuncture.The low back pain score score was used to compare the clinical efficacy of the two methods.Results The JOA scores of the two groups improved significantly after treatment,and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,which was significantly better than the total effective rate of the control group,90.0%(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of pelvic correction combined with extracorporeal shock wave on lumbar disc herniation is better than pelvic correction combined with ordinary acupuncture.
