乳腺癌冰冻切片的病理诊断与临床分析

目的探讨影响乳腺癌术中冰冻诊断准确性的病理与临床因素。方法回顾性分析我院收治的45例疑似乳腺癌患者的临床资料,全部患者均接受手术治疗,比较冰冻诊断结果与专业乳腺癌诊断分级结果,对冰冻诊断所具备的准确性开展分析,并分析影响冰冻诊断结果准确性的病理与临床因素。结果乳腺癌诊断时手术治疗过程中的冰冻切片的准确率为70.00%,与术后病理诊断结果存在中等一致性;通过实施多因素分析发现,冰冻切片诊断乳腺癌的准确性会受到患者年龄、肿瘤直径、钙化情况以及病理分级的影响(P<0.05)。结论年龄、肿瘤直径、钙化情况以及病理分级均会影响乳腺癌术中冰冻切片的诊断准确性,因此在诊断中需考虑相关因素,使诊断准确率提高,为患者的疾病治疗提供参考。

Objective To explore the pathological and clinical factors that affect the accuracy of frozen diagnosis during breast cancer surgery.Methods The clinical data of 45 suspected breast cancer patients admitted in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent surgical treatment.The frozen diagnosis results were compared with the professional breast cancer diagnosis and classification results.The accuracy of frozen diagnosis was analyzed,and analysis of pathological and clinical factors affecting the accuracy of frozen diagnosis results.Results The accuracy of frozen sections during surgical treatment during breast cancer diagnosis was 70.00%,which was moderately consistent with the results of postoperative pathological diagnosis.Through the implementation of multivariate analysis,it was found that the accuracy of frozen sections in the diagnosis of breast cancer will depend on the age of the patient,tumor diameter,calcification and pathological grade(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,tumor diameter,calcification,and pathological grade all affect the diagnostic accuracy of frozen sections during breast cancer surgery.Therefore,relevant factors need to be considered in the diagnosis to improve the diagnostic accuracy and provide a reference for patients with disease treatment.
