我国医疗机构感染暴发事件的分析与思考

Analysis and Reflection on the Outbreak of Nosocomial Infections in China

医疗机构感染预防与控制是保障医疗质量和医疗安全的底线,是践行以人民健康为中心的卫生健康工作理念的基本要求。如何提高医疗机构感染防控能力、降低感染事件发生率,是卫生行政部门、医疗机构和医务人员共同关注的焦点。本文围绕我国近期暴发的医院感染事件,从标准体系、医疗机构、医务人员、监督管理等四个层面探讨事件发生的原因和存在的问题,并有针对性地提出完善标准制修订、强化责任意识、开展全员培训考核、加强监督管理等建议,旨在进一步增强医疗机构感染防控意识,提升医疗机构感染防控能力和水平,保障医疗质量和安全,维护患者权益。

Infection prevention and control in medical institutions is the bottom line of ensuring medical quality and safety,and the basic requirement of practicing the people's health-centered concept of health work.How to improve the competence of prevention and control of nosocomial and reduce the incidence of infection events is the focus of the health administrative departments,medical institutions and medical practitioners.Based on the recent outbreak of nosocomial infection in China,this paper analysed the causes and problems of the outbreak of nosocomial infection from four aspects:standard system,medical institutions,medical practitioners,supervision and management.Suggestions,such as improving the standard formulation and revision,strengthening the sense of responsibility,carrying out the whole staff training and assessment,and strengthening the supervision and management,are also provided to promote the awareness and competence of prevention and control of nosocomial infection,guarantee the quality and safety of medical services,and protect patient interest.
