静脉留置针在儿科护理中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Intravenous Indwelling Needle in Pediatric Nursing

目的对在儿科护理中静脉留置针的应用进行分析和研究。方法选择2018年5月—2019年3月我院收治的儿科患儿120例作为本次研究的纳入对象,按照硬币法将其划分为参照组和试验组,每组各有60例。采用常规护理措施对参照组予以护理,采用静脉留置针护理对试验组进行护理。对两组患儿的护理效果进行分析和比较。结果参照组达到了88.3%的一次性穿刺成功率,试验组达到了100.0%的一次性穿刺成功率。试验组的一次性穿刺成功率高于参照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参照组达到了85.0%的总满意度,试验组达到了98.3%的总满意度。试验组的总满意度高于参照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科护理工作中应用静脉留置针具有很好的效果,一次性穿刺成功率更高,而且极大的提升了患儿家属的护理满意度。

Objective To analyze and study the application of intravenous indwelling needles in pediatric nursing.Methods A total of 120 children with pediatrics admitted to our hospital were enrolled as subjects of this study.The time period was from May 2018 to March 2019.They were divided into reference group and experimental group according to the coin method.60 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with routine nursing measures,and the experimental group was treated with intravenous indwelling needle care.The nursing effects of the two groups of children were analyzed and compared.Results The reference group achieved a success rate of 88.3%of one-time puncture,and the test group achieved a 100.0%one-time puncture success rate.The success rate of one-time puncture in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the two groups were tested(P<0.05).The reference group achieved a total satisfaction of 85.0%,and the test group achieved a total satisfaction of 98.3%.The total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and the comparison between the two groups was tested(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intravenous indwelling needles in pediatric nursing work has a good effect,the success rate of one-time puncture is higher,and the nursing satisfaction of the family members of the children is greatly improved.
