集束化护理对患儿坠床、跌倒的预防作用分析

Analysis of the Preventive Effect of Cluster Nursing in the Nursing of Hospitalized Children Falling Into Bed and Falling Down

目的探讨分析集束化护理在住院患儿坠床、跌倒护理中的预防作用。方法以2019年1—6月我院儿科收治的162例患儿作为研究对象,按护理模式不同,等分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上,给予集束化护理。对比两组患儿的坠床发生率、跌倒发生率、住院时间、护理满意度、防范知识掌握评分。结果观察组患儿坠床发生率(1.23%)、跌倒发生率(2.46%)均低于对照组患儿坠床发生率(11.11%)、跌倒发生率(14.81%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对住院患儿给予集束化护理干预,有效预防了坠床、跌倒的发生率,并提高了患儿家长的防范技能。

Objective To explore and analyze the preventive role of cluster nursing in the nursing of hospitalized children falling into bed and falling down.Methods 162 children in pediatrics department of our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing modes.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given cluster nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence of falling in bed,falling rate,hospitalization time,nursing satisfaction and prevention knowledge mastery score were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of falling into bed(1.23%)and falling(2.46%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(11.11%)and falling(14.81%).and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing intervention for hospitalized children can effectively prevent the incidence of falling down and fall,and improve the prevention skills of parents.
