摘要
目的探讨对预防重症监护室呼吸机相关性肺炎使用综合护理干预的效果。方法分析2017年7月—2019年7月重症监护室76例患者,各38例,设为对照组和研究组,用综合护理干预的为研究组,用常规护理的为对照组,对两组的护理满意度、呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率进行比较。结果研究组的呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率比对照组低(P<0.05),护理满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论对重症监护室患者使用综合护理干预可以有效的预防呼吸机相关性肺炎,提供护理满意度,改善医患关系。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the prevention of ventilator-related pneumonia in intensive care unit.Methods A retrospective analysis of 76 patients in intensive care units from July 2017 to July 2019 was conducted,38 cases were randomly selected,and the two groups were set up as control and research.The group with comprehensive nursing intervention was the research group,and the control group with regular nursing care was the control group.The rates of nursing satisfaction and ventilator-related pneumonia were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of ventilator-related pneumonia in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05)and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively prevent ventilator-related pneumonia,provide nursing satisfaction,improve doctor-patient relationship.
