早预防性护理干预对维持性血透血栓形成的影响

Effect of Early Preventive Nursing Intervention on Thrombus Formation in Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的探究维持性血透患者经早期预防性护理干预对血栓形成的影响效果。方法将2018年7月—2019年7月本院收治的84例维持性血液透析患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为试验组参照组,每组42例,参照组实施常规护理干预措施,试验组在参照组基础上给予早期预防性护理干预,对比分析两组患者血栓形成发生率、生活质量及护理满意度情况。结果试验组血栓形成发生率为2.38%,参照组为16.67%,两组相比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;试验组生活质量评分与参照组相比更高,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;两组患者护理满意率分别为95.24%和76.19%,对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论维持性血透患者经早期预防性护理,可降低血栓形成发生率,改善患者生活质量,促进护理满意度提升。

Objective To investigate the effect of early preventive nursing intervention on thrombosis in patients with maintenance gimmick.Methods 84 patients with maintenance hemodialysis from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group reference group,42 cases in each group.routine nursing intervention was carried out in the reference group.the experimental group was given early preventive nursing intervention on the basis of reference group.the incidence of thrombosis,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The incidence of thrombosis was 2.38%in the experimental group and 16.67%in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of the two groups was 95.24%and 76.19%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early preventive nursing of maintenance hemodialysis patients can reduce the incidence of thrombosis,improve the quality of life of patients,and promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
