个性化临床护理路径在脑出血患者中的应用

The Application of Personalized Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients With Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探究个性化临床护理路径对脑出血患者的生活质量及护理满意度的影响。方法选择2017年5月—2019年4月在我院寻求治疗的脑出血患者100例进行研究。经数字随机表法分组,其中对照组50例给予常规护理干预,余下50例归入观察组实施个性化临床路径干预,对两组的应用效果(生活质量和护理满意度)展开比较分析。结果与对照组相比较,观察组躯体功能、物质生活、心理功能和社会功能评分更高(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为94.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,(P<0.05)。结论个性化临床护理路径的应用,可以提高脑出血患者的生活质量和护理满意度。

Objective To explore the influence of individualized clinical nursing pathway on the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who sought treatment in our hospital during the period from May 2017 to April 2019 were studied.The control group was divided into 50 patients with routine nursing intervention and the remaining 50 patients were assigned to the observation group for individualized clinical pathway intervention.The application effects(quality of life and nursing satisfaction)of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of physical function,physical life,psychological function and social function in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 94.00%,significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized clinical nursing path can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
