自2019年5月1日起,新版《公路工程建设项目概算预算编制办法》开始生效,结合在造价编制工作的实践和体会,对新旧两个版本的编制办法进行详细的分析与对比,列举出新旧两个版本的区别和变化。

Since May 1,2019,the new"highway construc-tion project budget estimate method"has come into effect.Based on the practice and experience in cost preparation work,the author makes a detailed analysis and comparison of the preparation methods of the new and old versions,and lists the differences and changes between the two versions.
