腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断妇产科急腹症的临床价值

Clinical value of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的 探讨腹部超声联合阴道超声在妇产科急腹症诊断中的临床价值.方法 选取2018年3月~2019年3月于本院就诊的90例疑似妇产科急腹症患者,采用盲选分组法分为对照组和观察组,各45例.对照组进行单纯腹部超声检查,观察组进行腹部超声联合阴道超声检查.比较两种检查方法的妇产科急腹症诊断特异性、敏感度和准确度.结果 腹部超声联合阴道超声检查的妇产科急腹症诊断特异性、敏感度和准确度均高于单纯腹部超声检查(P<0.05).结论 腹部超声联合阴道超声在妇产科急腹症诊断中的应用效果较为理想,可显著提升患者的疾病诊断准确性,具有一定的临床推广价值.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute abdomen in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by blind grouping,with 45 patients in each group.The control group underwent simple abdominal ultrasound examination,and the observation group underwent abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound examination.The diagnostic specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of gynecological acute abdomen in the two methods of examination were compared.Results The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of acute abdomen in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology diagnosis in the examination method of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound were higher than those in the simple abdominal ultrasound examination(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is ideal.It can significantly improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis and has certain clinical promotion value.
