摘要 针对多伦公司鲁奇低温甲醇洗装置自原始开车以来出现的净化气中硫化氢含量频繁超标的问题,进行了原因分析和相应的改造。通过更新冷凝器材质、增设并联冷凝器,进行系统水联运清洗,增加贫甲醇过滤器,投用排氨线及增加常温精脱硫罐等措施,实现了改造后精脱硫装置出口净化气中的硫化氢始终处于未检出状态,从根本上解决了低温甲醇洗净化气中硫化氢含量超标的问题。 In view of the problem of hydrogen sulfide content in purified gas frequently exceeding the limit since the initial startup of Duolun Lurgi Rectisol unit in 2011,the cause analysis and the corresponding transformation were carried out.The specific transformation measures were to upgrade the condenser material,add a parallel condenser,clean the system through water transport,add a lean methanol filter,put the ammonia discharge line into operation,transform the ammonia discharge line and add an ambient temperature fine desulfurization tank,etc.After these transformations,the hydrogen sulfide in purified gas at the outlet of fine desulfurization unit was always in the undetected state,which fundamentally solved the problem of excessive hydrogen sulfide content in purified gas of Rectisol unit.
