摘要
介绍了中煤图克合成氨/尿素装置配套的低温甲醇洗CO2吸收及再生系统工艺流程,分析了生产运行过程中CO2产品气中甲醇含量高的问题。通过在CO2产品气管道上增设高效除沫器的方法,将其中夹带的甲醇回收再利用,从而将CO2产品气中夹带的甲醇体积分数降至300×10^-6以下,保证了系统正常稳定运行,且降低了生产运行成本,年可节省甲醇费用约300万元。
The process flow of carbon dioxide abso rption and regeneration system of Rectisol in China Coal Tuke ammonia/urea plant was briefly introduced.And the problem of high methanol content in CO2 product gas during production and operation was analyzed.By adding a high-efficiency demister on the CO2 product gas pipeline,the methanol entrained in CO2 product gas was recycled and reused,so that the volume fraction of methanol entrained in the CO2 product gas was reduced to below 300×10^-6,which ensured the normal and stable operation of the system,and reduced the production and operation cost.Also about RMB3 million of annual methanol cost could be saved.
