摘要
富勒烯作为碳纳米材料家族中第一个对称纳米结构,在纳米材料领域引起了广泛关注。富勒烯具有抗氧化活性、抗菌活性、光动力活性和细胞保护作用等多种生物学效应,在纳米生物医学领域具有巨大的应用前景。本文综述了国内外研究学者对富勒烯在纳米生物医学领域中的研究进展,简要介绍了富勒烯在药物载体、光动力、抗氧化和抗菌等方面的应用研究,并对其未来发展进行了展望。
Fullerenes are the first to have symmetric nanostructure in the carbon nanomaterial family.Fullerenes have many biological effects such as antioxidant activity,antibacterial activity,photodynamic activity and cytoprotection,and have great application prospects in the field of nanobiomedicine.In this paper,the research progress of fullerenes in the field of nanobiomedicine is summarized,the applications of fullerenes in drug carrier,photodynamic activity,antioxidant activity and antibacterial activity are introduced,the further development is also prospected.The problems existing in current research are listed.
